A recent survey conducted by Citizens Advice found:

- 74% reported problems attempting to negotiate with Bailiffs.
- 52% reported vulnerable clients being pressurised.
- 42% reported Bailiffs failing to exercise discretion in a vulnerable situation.
The most common complaint concerning excessive charging relates to:
- Alleged visits not made.
- Levy fees where no levy has been raised.
- Walking Possessions fee where no Walking Possession Agreement has been signed.
- Attendance to Remove fees or van fees where there is no valid levy.

- Identify an invalid Walking Possession Order.
